Visitors are encouraged to purchase or obtain such material through the original sources and to promote the rightful authors and artists.
3. User-Contributed Content
Portions of the Content may be submitted by users, volunteers or third parties. By submitting anything to the Site, the contributor represents and warrants that they own the rights to it or have obtained all necessary permissions, and grants VijayaVipanchi.org a non-exclusive, non-commercial licence to display it.
VijayaVipanchi.org does not verify, endorse, or claim ownership of user-contributed Content and is not responsible for any inaccuracy, infringement, misuse or misrepresentation contained in it.
4. Copyright Complaints & Takedown
Any rights-holder who believes that Content on the Site infringes their copyright, trademark or other rights may contact us at vijayavipanchi@gmail.com with sufficient identification of the material and their rights.
Verified requests will be addressed within 24 – 48 hours of receipt, and infringing material will be promptly removed. Submitting a takedown request does not create any additional liability on the part of the Site.
